Premium malts, hops and yeast are selected to elaborate this forgotten Ale. The malts and the hops used balanced out for a mild bitterness and create a beer that is pale gold color with a unique taste and aroma. This beer pairs well with any food, however, its refreshing and dry finish is perfect with seafood and tapas. Welcome to the world of artisan beers….have a blonde!!

Tap@La Taberna Lupolo, San Juan. Abv 5.70%. Slightly hazy pale yellow color, tiny white head. Aroma has honeyish, sweetish, grainy maltyness. Light-bodied. Grainy, honeyish, malty flavor. Low bitterness. Light citrus. Not very interesting.
