[ As Brewhouse & Kitchen (Nottingham) Sally Pollard's Special Pale Ale ].Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, light fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt.
