‘Æbleskrog’ is a sustainable Pale Ale with a lovely fresh apple aroma.
Brewed on apple granulate, a residual product from must production. The environmentally heavy hops have been cut down and the brewing water is collected water from the cooling of previous brews.
Added a little American hops.

0,5 l bottle from the fish shop next to the brewery. Murky flat orange brown in the glass, small white foamy head. Caramel, some yeast and maybe apple on the nose. Taste starts with some hop bitterness, intensive honey. Malt in the background. Nearly zero carbonation. Not my kind of stuff.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a lacing, white head. Close to no aroma - but at least this one doesn't tate unpleasant. Medium body, slightly tart apple notes a hint of bittering hops and then absolutely nothing. But again, at least this one is not offensive. 100620
