Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a very fizzy and dissipating brownish head that leaces a discreet lacework. Chocolate and molasses rather than roast in the nose. Sweet, malty body. Again not really roasty, more licorice and chocolate than anything else. I have a strong sense of this being a Baltic Porter - reminds me so much of commercial Polish Porters. Made from more sugar than wheat malt which explain s the fairly light body for a 7% beer. 070721
