Bottle @ Studenterhuset Ølfestival. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of light sourness, little malt, yeast, wood, light spice, little ginger. Flavor is sweet, light sour, little malt, wood, tart fruity, light herbal, little ginger. Medium body, average carbonation, dry light acidic finish. 181123

Aroma: Sour berries and lemon with ginger. Flavour: Sour citrus with ginger. Aftertaste is herbal with sour citrus and ginger. Colour: Amber with a white fading head. From: Voldby Købmandsgårds Ølmesse 2019
