Walk up to the bar and what do you ask for? A Beer, naturally. It doesn't always matter what it is, or what you want in this case. You want something light? We've got A Beer for you. You want something hop forward? We've got A Beer for you.

You just want to camp out on that bar stool and crush something? We've got A Beer for you. We're only marginally apologetic that it's not kettle soured with Mosaic & Amarillo hops. This is better. This is a straight forward, refreshing extra pale ale utilizing the newest varieties of German aroma hops (Hallertau Blanc & Mandarina Bavaria). Call it a session IPA if you need, call it a pale ale if you prefer, hell, it doesn't matter what you call it, what matters is that you stop talking about it and throw A Beer down yer gullet.

Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy orange gold with small white head. The aroma is citrus and floral. Medium body, citrus, light pine, bitter finish, good.

16oz can. Session APA perhaps. Filtered orange-tan body. Foamy off-white/whtie head. The hops are soft and mellow but you sort of have to search for them. Pretty mundane, but drinkable beer. Decent balance. Pleasant light toasty malt tones. Sessionable for sure, but probably not worth the Against the Grain pricepoint.

Burk från Kihoskh. En APA med alldeles för lätt kropp och en smak som dominerad av honung och lite söt malt. Lätt drag av citrus och aprikos. Drickvänlig men för vattnig, saknar karaktär.

Light gushing... Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, orange and pine. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long orange, citrus and piney finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Sample from 50 cl can. Slightly hazy, golden colour with a fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with exotic impressions, citrus, toasted notes. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and bitter. Nice.
