Walk up to the bar and what do you ask for? A Beer, naturally. It doesn't always matter what it is, or what you want in this case. You want something light? We've got A Beer for you. You want something hop forward? We've got A Beer for you.

You just want to camp out on that bar stool and crush something? We've got A Beer for you. We're only marginally apologetic that it's not kettle soured with Mosaic & Amarillo hops. This is better. This is a straight forward, refreshing extra pale ale utilizing the newest varieties of German aroma hops (Hallertau Blanc & Mandarina Bavaria). Call it a session IPA if you need, call it a pale ale if you prefer, hell, it doesn't matter what you call it, what matters is that you stop talking about it and throw A Beer down yer gullet.

pint can.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

16oz can, pours a lightly hazy orange with some lacing, white head. Nose is fine, some orange, some soap, a little grist, some paper/paperbag. Flavor follows, soapy, bitter, mild cracker, a little paper. Finishes dry, lightly tannic. A bad can maybe? Either way, sub standard.

Pours deep, clear gold into a shaker. White soapy head with good retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Sourdough and caramel aromas. Soft with earthy sourdough and hay upfront turning to bitter earth in the lasting finish. Lager-like...

Can at PT’s event. Drank from the can. Light orange, citrus and pine nose. Well-balanced on the palate, and just enough malt to keep it balanced for 4.5 abv. Clean and enjoyable.
