Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, light brown head. Has an odd, spicy, gingery, clove-like note to it. Rich, sweet, roasty body. Tobacco and Xmas spices, but not overdone. Cardamom? Cinnamon? Not a bad take on a rich Christmas Stout. 180820

Aroma: Roasted malt and heavy spices with licorice. Flavour: Roasted sweet malt with anis, licorice and other spices. Aftertaste is sweet and lingering spices. Colour: Very dark brown with a tan head. From: Bottle @ Voldby Købmandsgård Nov. 2019.

Bottle from Voldby. Black with light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and Christmas spices. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. Oily and soft. 071219
