This beer is a Saison with a twist, combining the earthy, spicy, traditional Saison flavours with a punchy American citrusy zing.

[ As Gyle 59 The Queen's Legless Liz ].Unclear medium orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart fruit, moderate hoppy, orange, moderate yeasty, spicy, zesty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, riped fruit, saison yeast, fruity yeast, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160804] 5-3-5-3-10

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma is light citrus, grassy and slight yeast. taste is bitter citrus. Refreshing body.

500ml bottle from the Brewery Online Shop. Pours hazy pale gold with a thick white head. Aromas of light citrus, straw, spicy yeast. Taste is light bitter orange, light spice. Clean finish.

Gravity dispense at EBF24, 04/08/16. Hazed orange with a big old egg shell white head. Nose is earthy citric rinds, straw, orange peel, light spice. Taste comprises tangy fruit esters, straw, light bread, white pepper, lemon rind. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Average fayre ... doesn’t really come together.
