Tap at the Sudwerk Dock. Pours hazy amber gold with a slight white head. Aroma is rather apple with a spicy note. Med body. Flavor is apple, uncertain hop; honey is detectable; gets a touch of paper; cinnamon note, likely from the cider. Hop is rather mixed. This is really different, and refreshingly tasty.
