On tap at liquid gold sf. Clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is nice resinous orange rind, pine, sweet candied hop, flavour is composed of semi sweet grains, orange rind, pine, some strawberry jammy fruits and a little alcohol. Palate is medium sweet, moderate high carbonation. Decent.

Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold, possibly with a light orange hue, and a not very large white head. Aroma is floral, yet seems to have some dankness. Med + body. Flavor is floral with some dank evergreen aspect supported by a nice caramel. With time I think the "evergreen" is pine. Quite hoppy. Burning a bit. Finishes quite bitter.

Enjoyed at gabf 2014. It pours with a clear deep gold body that has copper hues and supports a tan head of foam. The modest aroma is grainy, a little doughy, a dash of wort and then behind all of that it gets sort of candy floral and a bit of citrus in the background. The taste is similar being a little bready sort of doughy as well as a bit wort like. Behind this sort of maltiness it has grassy and a bit of spicy hoppiness that has a pleasing degree of hoppy resin bitterness. This delivers an interesting flavor combination and it doesn’t seem like it’s working at times but it also comes together now and then. I’m not sure what to think of this.
