This is a maltier variation of our Star Ruby IIPA. Similar hop bill. Several pounds of Indian River County grown Ruby Red grapefruit zest in both the boil and the dry hop. However, with this version we employed a larger, more caramel-forward malt bill.

Amber-golden hazy color, good creamy beige head. Gooseberry bush, mango, citrus in the nose. Medium-bodied. Gooseberries, citrus and some sweetier tropical fruits. Soft, malty, covers ABV well.
