12 ounce bottle. Hazy amber, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of peach, floral notes, tea. Taste is spice, tea, peach, pale malt. Medium bodied, high carbonation, delicate. Nice.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of peach and lavender with a bit of sweet grains backing. Flavor is peach forward with grains and lavender supporting.

Saison? Perhaps, put in a minimalist way. The peach blossoms come through in the aroma and a little in the flavor and there’s not much in the way of a saison. It’s okay beer.

Tap at Next Door. Bubblegum notes. Drinkable, sessionable, but not that impressive. Mellow ABV works. Peppery. Mediocre.
