On tap at Council, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry oak, some herbal character and funky wild yeast. Flavour is fairly wild, with lots of wild bacteria, light oak and toasted malt. Nice interplay of the yeast and oak. Very solid.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice tropical fruit note with a slight tartness and some bitter citrus. Flavor combines some citrus and sweet grains with a bit of orange rind supporting.

Everything about it is excellent saison, but the label says dry hopped which I don’t detect. Very good drinking brew.
