Pint can from Festival Fond du Lac, 8/8/21. Hazy orange, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, honey. Seems stale even though I've had it a couple weeks. Taste is tangerine, resin, lime, caramel malt. Strong bitterness. Nice.

On tap at The Rigby. Pours a hazy deep copper with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy pine and light resin with a strong sweet grain backbone. Flavor has earthy pine with a touch of resin and a good amount of sweet grains supporting.

it’s a lot milder in aroma that in flavor. The two are similar, but with the flavor , the west coast style comes out. Personally , let prefer them more balanced .

On tap. Pours a hazy amber/ruby in appearance. Aroma is caramel malt and dank woodsy pine. Taste is sweet with all that malt (a supporting role?). Prob too much imho, as the hop profile seems a bit off. Pine, citrus, and caramel with a lingering bitterness. Too sweet for me, but a nice effort by Potosi nonetheless.

Tap at Jacs. Filtered looking orange-amber body. Foamy off-white head. Fruity, syrupy aroma. Odd malty tones like the added extract to get the ABV up...which was 10%, not 7%. Amateur hour IIPA. Toffee sugary tones kill it.

Draft. Pours a clear dark amber with a ruby hue. Aroma of sweet malt and dank citrus. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Pine and citrus with caramel and toffee. Pretty good. A little on the sweet side, but this is probably one of the better potosis out there.
