Keg at the brewery. Clear golden, thin fizzy tan head, decent retention. Aroma of lemon, apple, wheat, salt. Taste is doughy, biscuity wheat, lemon, briny salt. Medium bodied, bright, refreshing. Nice.

The aroma isn’t anything special but the flavor really nails it. Very good balance and development of traditional characteristics.

Tap at Old Fashioned. Filtered yellow-orange body. Not overly sour. Nice balance between the salt, coriander, lacto. Still has a lot of classic brewhouse tones, straightforward golden ale tones. Refreshingly well executed, balanced.
