Bottle sample at the Mead Museum, pours a clear colour. Aroma is more subdued, with a seltzery, sparkling water character and light beeswax. Flavour has some ginger, medium-sweet honey, and a seltzery note. Spicy and lively, but detracting from the honey character. Not a big fan of this.

# 1673; 12/2019. Aroma of honey and spicy. Light gold body. High level of residual sweetnes, honey, spices. Very good, very sweet mead. 0,5 l bottle, gift.
