Draft. Rich amber with a cream head. Light grapefruit and light pine aroma with caramel. Caramel and light toffee flavor with grapefruit and pine. Medium-plus bodied. Carmel lingers with grapefruit and pine.

[2/3/16] Draught at Faction Brewing in Alameda. Clear amber. Aroma of caramelly malt and a bit of hops. Sweet caramelly flavor with fruitiness, a bit of bitterish hops, and a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied.

Clear dark amber with a small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is sweet malts, caramel, toasted malts and sawdust. Flavors of malts, caramel and spices

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark amber/brown with a creamy beige head. Flavor is mildly burnt sugar/treacle. Med body at least. Flavor is burnt sugar/treacle and arguably a lot of floral hop. Not finishing bitter, but far from sticky. Very nice. Very tasty.
