ABV: 5.1%. Cloudy medium red colour with a small, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, tart, red fruit - red berry, herbs - floral (maybe sorrel (Skovsyre)). Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, red fruit - red berry, doug - baking yeast, saison yeast, herbal - floral (again maybe sorrel). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180126]
