Tap at University of Beer in Davis, CA. Pours light amber with a white head. Aroma is lightly fruity and a bit spicy. Med body. Flavor is chalk?, stone fruit esters, a bit earthy/spicy, a hint yeasty. Rather dry. Decently bitter. Started a bit unusual, but has slipped right into tripel. Chalk? No idea why I thought that.
