Draft. Bronze beer with a dark cream head. Grapefruit and light caramel aroma. Caramel and light whiskey flavor with light grapefruit. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and caramel linger with light whiskey.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark copper with a near-white head. "Whiskey" notes for aroma. Med + body. Flavor is very rye with some mild treacle. Hop is somewhat eclipsed by the prominent flavors. Wood is detectable. Over all it’s pretty "whiskey". No heat issues. Marvelous drink.
