Pours a bright yellow-gold color, somewhat cloudy. Medium-sized white head of fine foam. Moderate lacing, decent retention. I should probably look up why the different malt selections seem to have created differences in appearance. Grainy, malty aroma. Fairly clean. Very light caramel. It’s mostly just simply sweet malt sugariness. Mild lemons and a bit of grassiness. The taste is primarily clean, sugary malt. There’s a touch of sourness around the edges and in the finish, but it’s a light husky, grainy sourness, pleasant and refreshing. The finish has a soft hop note with a grassy, lemony twist. Mouthfeel is lightly effervescent, mild prickliness. This one has a mild but full malt flavor. It’s easy to drink and awfully close to a lot of simple pilsners that are around. Still, it’s a pleasant beer and fun to try a clear expression of the malt flavor, even if it’s a familiar one.

50cl bottle, Single Malt Pilsner, pours with a deep gold body that has a slight haze and supports a weak white head. The aroma offers up floral hops mixed with a bit of lime, cantaloupe and then a sugary maltiness. The taste starts with sugary malt sweetness blended with floral hop flavor and a nice hop bitterness. It gets fruity to midway with soft citrus hops and some fruity esters. Nice Pils.

Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy gold with a transient white head. Aroma is bready with a bit of citrus. Med body or so. Flavor is lightly fruity with bread and arguably some noble hop. It’s fairly dry and seems bitter.
