Keg at Third Street Aleworks, Santa Rosa, 28/04/14 - I got the cheddar cheese version - yay! Murky rhubarb red with a moderate dirty crimson covering that stays for the show. Nose is big cheese balls, not as bad as the monstrosity that is βFunky Baseβ as the aroma is tempered slightly by a berry overcoat, but still pretty pungent and unappealing! Taste comprises much the same, again not as bad as Funky Base, cheesey smegma, metallic rinse, light cherry strains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, cheeseballs a bobbing about at the close. Rancidity with a cherry berry edge!

Draft. Pinkish beer with an off-white head. Parmisian cheese aroma with cherry. Sour flavor with cherry and a light acetic note. Medium bodied. Sourness and light acetic note lingers with cherries.

On tap at the Brewpub in February 2014. Hazy reddish with a small head. This was a strange one, the aroma and taste were dominated by "cheddar cheese". Also light notes of plastic and cherries. Almost undrinkable.
