Kirpakan punertava, villin metsäinen hapanolut saa väriä ja maanläheistä rouheutta punajuurista sekä havuista aromia kuusenkerkästä ja Simcoe-humaloista. Kokonaisuutena ollaan aika lailla uuden aallon ytimessä. Nice.
Nauti viilennettynä (8-10°C) sirkkapähkinöiden kera. Levylautaselle Teddybearsia ja a vot!

0,33l bottle from Pien, Espoo. Light red beer with medium but quickly vanishing head. Aroma has tart malts, berries and some earth. Taste is tart malts with some berries. This is not a beer for me, but quite enjoyable this is still, however.

33cl bottle from Ruohonjuuri. Poured pinkish red with almost no head. Beets in aroma, some earth and sourness, red berry kinda thing. Kinda OK drinkability, but not really my kind of brew. The beet notes are quite intense actually.

Red colour, not much head but some bubbles.Tart nose has some "rootyness" and berryness. Light-bodied. Tartish simplish flavour. Spruce sprouts are evident in the flavour. Maybe beetroot gives some herbalness. Summer drink. Not really my cup of tea but kind of tolerable.
