Can sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks. Hazy orange-red, frothy pinkish head. Yogurt, pickled vegetables, raspberry, tart, over-carbonated. Nice.

At a tasting, medium and a little fizzy head, hazy palish red color, aroma of fresh raspberies, raspberry flavor, strong sourneas just a bit too tart and unrefined. Nice but a bit simple.

Red hazy. Aroma is white chocolate sour raspberry butter. Taste is fresh sour raspberry some lacto. Mild and drinkable. A bit watery. Ok.

BOTTLE 33 CL from Berero, Lot 01 Kitty. Clear bright purple, pink sparkling head. The aroma is full on raspberry, raspberry syrup and some stale berries too, all on top of regular Berliner lactic acidity. The taste clean sharp lactic and lime, a little bit of raspberry without the sweetness, hint of pickles in the finish. Crisp, tangy, no funk, no raw grains. Nice and clean and fruity.
