Hazy red amber. Aroma is clove banana earthy and doughy. Taste is rather sour. Quite fresh. Also good yeasty spices. A nice yeast forward weizen. Could be a bit more round on the tongue. Maybe suited for you if you like schneider original.

Flascherl: Unclear, deep golden to light amber coloured, quickly collapsing loose off-white head; sourish-fruity (diacetyl?) nose with residual traces of toasted malt and wheat; mild to moderate sour-sweet flavour with some bitter spots, light bodied and tart; lingering wheaty-fruity finish with fruity and bitter traces. Best before 02/2018! Finally I know, how an infected Dunkelweizen does taste like...

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, orange-brown colour with a big and firm, slightly tanned foamy head. Slightly dark malty and moderately wheaty aroma with notes of dark and red berries, chocolate and clovy spice. Mildly sweet and sour-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly dark malt character with present wheaty notes and berry-fruity accents, accompanied by traces chocolate and caramel; sour-fruity and slightly sweet wheaty finish with a whiff of cloves. Okay. 14.X.17
