Bomber from The Davis Beer Shop. Pours hazy orange amber with a foamy beige head. Aroma has roasty malt, brown sugar and some citrus. Full bodied. Flavor is roast malt and enough varied citrus/earthy/resin/floral hop to burn! As that subsides there’s just a light touch of chocolate. It’s finishing quite amazing. Bitter and more dry than sweet, but reasonably complex. Whoof!
