Tap at the "brewpub". Pours dark brown with a transient creamy tan head. Aroma is mild dark malt. Near med body. Flavor is not quite smooth burnt malt, a little chocolate. A bit chalky/ashy. Finishes quite dry with chocolate notes over burnt malt, but a little peat (that comes and goes) is sneaking in.
