Bomber from the Folsom, CA Whole Foods. Pours brilliant copper with a cramy off-white head. Aromas of plum and banana. Med + body. Flavor is coriander/citrus with banana. The dark fruit sort of gets lost. As the fruits leave there’s a good amount of yeast/spice. It’s dry and spicy. Gets peppery, lightly. Heat is well blended. Excellent ale.
