Tap at Winston Festival 2023. Opaque brown colour and off-white head. Toasted, coffeish aroma. Light-bodied. Toasted, a bit coffeish stout. Easy.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20220413) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate, coffee and mildly metal. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, coffee, ash, metal and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, ash and bitterness. A pleasant dry and burnt brew.
