Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a small, off-white head. Interesting aroma of acetic acid and then a mysterious spicyness which apparently is allspice. Tart, light body with a low carbonation. And then again this unusual spicyness. A fun beer. 070525

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy amber, fizzy head. Tart apricot aroma with some red berries. Tart with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Lightly oaky citricity, tart apricots. Low bitterness.

Bottle (gift from the brewer!). Hazy amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, some tartness and mild earthy, wheaty and mild honey tones. Flavour is floral, honeyish, mild tart fruity tones with mild earthy tones with some earthy tones.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. BBE 06/23. #334. Enjoyed straight from the bottle. Aromas and flaovurs: Some grain, some honey, herbal elements, sourness, red berries... strange... little bit of fizzy. Some nice dry elements.
