Mai Tai P.A. is our flagship. Our ride or die. The liquid expression of an obsession with Mosaic hops. After medaling at the 2024 World Beer Cup (its sixth medal at a major beer competition) we decided to take things to the next level. This isn’t just a Double Dry Hopped version of Mai Tai, this is a small batch attempt at Mai Tai perfection. Yes, the layers of Mosaic driven flavor are exquisite (thanks to several well timed additions of high quality lupulin), but we didn’t stop there. We worked hard to elevate everything: the quality of the bitterness, the color, the clarity, the foam, the mouthfeel… The result? Well, to be honest, we wanted to keep it all for ourselves. But don’t worry, we are happy to spread this GOLD around.

Dorada tirando a pajiza, brillante. Buena espuma de correcta retención. Transparente. Intenso aroma bastante funky. Hay algo de fruta detrás. Muy eclipsada. En boca es bastante ligera, poco cuerpo, tono oleoso y amargor marcado, sin exceso. Sabor donde siguen predominando notas funky y resinosas aunque ahora son mas visibles los tonos tropicales. Piña y maracuyá sobre todo.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Summer fruit and citrus aroma. Citrus and summer fruit flavor with light tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Citrus and summer fruit linger with light tropical fruit and light pine.
