An un-traditionally brewed beer using aged hops and our house culture that spent at least one year in oak barrels. This beer aims to replicate flavors and aromas found in one of the oldest styles of beer still brewed today in Belgium. In our humble opinion these beers are the most complex and unique in the world and deserve our utmost respect. We are forever inspired by the mystery, the ancient techniques, and the past concepts.

Sample at GABF. Hazy pale yellow color, still. Aroma of earthy mixed citrus. Taste is extremely tart lemon, to the edge of undrinkbility. Sad to the this one foisted on the public.

Well-made, nice acetic tartness on the nose, some apricot fuzz. Tart funk from the barrel. A bit of fresh hop note maybe. Well-balanced
