On tap at Mellow Mushroom West Chester. Clear yellow with no head. Aroma is rich apple, medium body, lower carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is rich apple and cinnamon.

From a can very pale yellow with a white head that immediately fades. Nose is permeating apple cider. A closer sniff yields too many off putting spices on the olfactory. First taste is apple. Not many ill effects of overly fermented apple cider, remains sweet. Hides the higher alky content well, tho it does tend to warm the tummy a little. The spices in this are not as bad as the nose would indicate, yes they are there but not in your face. I tend not to like vanilla in my brews but I can just barely perceive vanilla in this one. Not bad overall, but it is a little on the sweet side. Not much cinnamon. I guess I like my apple pie a little more tart than this.

This cider smells of apple and vanilla with some cinnamon. It has a sweet flavor but avoids being too sugary. There is apple, vanilla, and cinnamon as advertised and it all blends together nicely to create one of the better ciders.
