Cloudy cola colour with a fast-disappearing bubbly tan head and an aroma of brown sugar and malt. Light bodied, taste is sweet, slightly burnt caramel malt with a touch of hop bitterness and a dry bittersweet finish.

[ As Levante Bruno Dark Lager ].Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a huge, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, bread, sour malt - sour yeast, brown sugar, light sour berry. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, dark malt - caramel, brown sugar, sweet bread, thin. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20180131] 4-2-5-3-8

330 ml bottle at home. Gusher. Hazy murky dark brown color with beige head. Malty aroma, some caramel, grainy, hay, cardboard. Sweet taste. Light thin body with average to lively carbonation.
