Moderately bitter but not sweet? Yes!
Smooth and full on the tongue yet not too filling? Absolutely!

Fra fat på Mikkeller Berlin 15 Jan 18. Svart. Lavt skum med litt farge. Fruktaroma. Smaken syrlig frukt & bær.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Trzech Kumpli Brew Note ].Clear dark black brown colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, sweet malt, dark malt, moderate to light heavy wood and licorice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, salty licorice, dark malt, wood, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180121] 8-4-8-3-15

100ml draught at Mikkeller Bar Berlin. Coal black body, low tan-coloured head, clingy lacing. Nicely roasted mid-sweet malts on the nose. Well blended taste of piney hops, bread, ash and cocoa. Roasted bittersweet tail. Easy to drink. Well made version of the style. Pleasant. (Berlin 15.01.2018).

0,5 flaske fra Ninkasira København, i lejligheden efter dagens dont jan18: brunsort med udmerket skum der varer. Røstet aroma med kaffe og mørke bær. Slank, god smag med de samme indtryk samt en tør bitterhed der gør det nemt at helde indpå. Men i en blind test hadde jeg tenkt at dette er en porter.

Draught @ Labeerynt Craft Beer Pub, Gdansk. Pours black with a light brown head, lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, toasted bread, chocolate. Flavor is light sweet, light sour, roasted malt, toast, coffee, chocolate, come citrus. Thin to medium, lively to overcarbonated, light sour finish. Not a fan. 081117

50cl bottle. A black beer with a huge most good lasting tan head. aroma of citrus, pine, dark malt, grapefruit. Taste of dark roasted malt, bitter coffee beans, citrus, pine, quite nice!

Ciemna barwa, piana beżowa, zdobiąca szkło i tworząca kożuch aż do końca picia. W aromacie żywica iglasta oraz lekko cytrusowe. W aromacie również bardzo przyjemnie cytrusowe z nutą paloności. Goryczka na średnim poziomie, nie radzę przelewać z osadem z dna jak sugeruje napis na butelce. W mojej opinii jedno z lepszych BIPA w Polsce.
