12 ounce bottle from Woodmans Oak Creek, 2/19/20. Black, thin tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast, leather, plum. Taste is roast, coffee, plum, cherry. Medium bodied, low carb. Solid.

12oz bottle. So...this was hard to categorize, like most Furthermore beers. I was close to putting it in Black IPA because it has some malt and hop qualities that could work there. Or a Belgian Stout, as the yeast notes are certainly a prominent, but not overbearing, part of the beer. Sort of nails it as far as pleasantly incorporating the yeast into a dark ale. Solid offering.
