Keg at World of Beer Wauwatosa, 9/13/16. Hazy golden, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, lemon, toasted malt, citrus. The taste is earthy, Noble hops, doughy pale malt, green apple. Medium bodied, crisp.

16oz at Sidedoor. Filtered yellow tan body. Thin, foamy white head. Bready brewhouse aroma, odd hints of apricot. Easy drinking,, but not really true to style. The fruity off tones seriously detract. Imperfect lager. Borderline macro stuff. Numbers seem generous, I would not buy this beer again.

Bottle. Pours a clear bright gold color. Thin white head disappates to a small ring quickly. Aromas of grain and bisquit malts. Taste is initially grain sweetness, followed by pale malts and a mild hop presence. Light body and medium carbonation, with a mild bitterness. Quite easy to drink, especially on Game Day!!!
