Tap at Dryhop. Orange-copper body. Foamy off-white head. Mellow honey pear tones. Asian pear, sugar tinged, soft, delicate. I don’t really know what Hyssop is, bit this tastes like it. Delicate Asian feel, mellow almost watery malt notes. Pleasant in that it utilizes saison yeast and remains completely mellow. A little undercarbonated. I enjoy the delicate nature, but a touch thin. Cool offering.
