12 ounce bottle from Downer Wine. Clear dark amber, thin foamy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of oak, whiskey, caramel, vanilla. The taste is oak, vanilla, apple, caramel. Medium bodied.

On tap at Sidedoor, 2014. Filtered burgundy brown body. Big creamy beige/off-white head. Mellow oak, medium dark malt aroma. Really smooth on the palate. Fresh, refreshing. Smooth luscious caramel and oak tones. Unique, pretty delicious Fall beer. Well done. Approaching World Class.
