On tap at the brewpub Sf. Nice translucent deep Ruby red / caramel colours pour with a halo of cream coloured pour. Aroma is subdued, dried fruit, cakey malts, apple. Served a little too cold maybe. Palate is medium sweet, medium bodied, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of complex sugars, raisin, light wood and apple, subdued Belgian yeast. Warming alcohol in the finish.

Draft. Amber-brown beer with a dark cream head. Yeast and fruity estery aroma. Yeast and fruity ester flavor with light backing bourbon. Medium bodied. yeast and fruity esters linger with light bourbon and light cocoa. Comes together nicely.

Tap at the Bistro BA fest (firkin). Pours dark brown with a few bubbles. Dark bourbon notes in the aroma. Full bodied. No real carb. Quite black malt with a lot of vanilla. Incredibly smooth.
