[ As Intrepid Christmas Pudding Stout ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, cookie - cake, spicy, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, cake, dark malt, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170119] 7-4-7-3-15
