Bottle from Weihenweizen: black with a beige head. Aroma is soy sauce, booze, barrel and some roast. Molasses, booze, soy sauce. Not that much whiskey notes as other barrel aged beers often have. Hefty.

Black with small beige head. Aroma is chocolate, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is chocolate, bourbon, and a little booze.
