29/8/2026. Bottle shared by DanF, cheers! Nice coloured clear pour. Aroma is toffee apple, honey, woody, vinous, lightly spiced. Taste is a touch tart with mellowing sweetness. A little cyder vinegar. Really nice.

Refrigerated 75 cL clear bottle poured into a snifter. Clear golden. Aroma is dry apples and medium body. Taste is apple, some alcohol, and a little honey. Pretty dry and not my thing really. At $25 a bottle this was is not worth it.
