Bottle from weihenweizen: pours light orange with a quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is spicy and yeasty, a bit dusty, zesty. Taste is very peppery, tangy, yeasty, some light fruitiness. Solid.

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear golden with medium white head. Aroma is yeasty, light body, medium/well carbonated, and little lacing. Taste is yeasty, Brett, and dry finish.
