A refreshingly tart gose, pouring a light pink hue with a fizzy white head. A splash of sea salt to our traditional kettle sour recipe and an addition of coriander to the boil creates notes of citrus and a medium-dry mouthfeel. Refermenting on cranberry purée gives you just the right dose of sweetness, rounding out to a balanced, quaffable beer perfect for drinking well into the chilly fall and winter seasons.

Sample at Daily Growler Powell. Clear bright red color with a medium pinkish-white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of cranberry. wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart cranberry, salty wheat and biscuit malt. The finish is salty cranberries. Decent overall.
