Golden Citra Hopped IPA.

Knee Buckler is a wonderfully golden IPA style beer. At 5.2% there is good strength and lots of initial hop bitterness which is matched with a little hint of sweetness from the use of Crystal and Caramalts, The aftertaste and aroma comes from a blend of American hops, Citra, Cascade and Columbus which gives a distinct fruity finish.

Gravity cask at the Murderers, Norwich. Deep gold, pretty much flat. Gluey malt and earthy/fruity hop in the aroma. Simple but enticing bitter taste. A hint of astringency in the long finish. An unsubtle but enjoyable beer.

Cask gravity at K&ES BF 2015. Grassy earthy aroma. Earthy in mouth. Good condition. Some lasting bitterness. More an English style ipa. But really it’s a premium bitter I guess. Decent though
