Pouring deep purple in color with a fizzy white head, this kettle soured gose doesn’t hold back. Starting traditional, this gose gets Mediterranean sea salt and whole coriander in the boil, providing a slick and lemony note that pairs well with the tartness from the souring bacteria. But at 6.5%, this gose takes its own path with an extra bit of body to balance out the intense fruit flavors from refermented boysenberry, raspberry, and tart cherry purees. Sweet and desserty, but sharp and acidic, this extremely limited gose is a pleasure to have in your glass.
