The traditional Witbier yeast provides a nice level of spice and clove that compliment the bursting flavor and aroma of cucumber and melon provided by 150 lbs of fresh cucumber. A perfect sessionable beer for the summer months.

On tap at The Party Sirce. Hazy pale golden with small white head. Aroma is cucumber, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good small-but bubble lacing. Taste is refreshing cucumber and esters.

Sample at Braxton Labs for Cincinnati Beer Week on 06/23/2017. Slightly hazy bright orange color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fresh cucumber, wheat and spice. Light-bodied with flavors of cucumber, herbal wheat, malt and clove. The finish is wheaty with a cucumber aftertaste. Above average overall.
