What better use for an apple? Slathered in caramel? Baked into a mushy pie? Surely not!! In fact, the highest calling for an apple is right here in our apple ale. S drink up and savor the harvest.

Wasatch Apple-A-Day Ale is an beer-cider hybrid

$2.50 six pack at Discount Liquor. Filtered yellow-orange body. Frothy thin white head. Not really that enjoyable. Kind of has a cheap red apple thing going on, thin golden malts?. The hybrid doesn’t work out here.

Pours clear light golden with a small white head, light lacing. Aroma is Pils malts, hay, apples and herbal. Taste is over ripe apples, tart and citrus. Dry finish
I had high hopes for this but they were crushed at first sniff/sip. Footbalmed.
